The ancient system of Tantra Yoga promotes health and deep healing through a meditative asana practice coupled with chakra awareness that brings clarity and happiness into your life. When we come together to practice, we are creating a beautiful healing energy through our focus and intention and begin to open a sacred space for personal transformation.

This modality of yoga provides powerful tools to purify our body, mind and emotions and to improve our quality of life. Through opening the human energy system in a gentle yet profound way to different kinds of energies, we are able to use yoga in a way that supports us on our individual journey in every stage of our life.

The postures are easy to practice and are therefore suitable for all body types and age groups. Tantra Yoga is not just a fitness practice or a New Age class! I like to promote a real understanding of Yoga in all its aspects, the effects of which far exceed merely physical health improvements, they also reach into the emotional, mental and spiritual realms.

Tantric Yoga provides very specific solutions for every aspect of life such as turning negative emotions into positive feelings, working with fear, grief, jealousy or anger and even heightening your libido!  Physical issues can be addressed too and naturally, yoga keeps your physical body healthy and fit!

You can book a private introduction to Tantra Yoga with me, in which I will design a personal program for you that is tailored to your needs and supports your strengths. Your personal evolution is our most vital mutual focus.

There is much more to Yoga than just postures! When I guide you through a personalised class, you will start to understand how to use yoga for individual purposes, such as achieving more will power, focus and personal authority, clarity of mind and access to higher intelligence and perception, or balancing your emotions and overall energy.

The first meeting includes an introduction to the Tantric Yoga style and the chakra and human energy system. We then discuss what it is that you want to achieve, what your body’s needs are and what kind of program suits your life best. I will design a program for you in which I explain in detail the effects of each posture that I have chosen for you and then we will practice together.

After the first meeting, it is recommended to do a refresh session a week or two later. Afterwards, in optional shorter classes, we can add more asanas and techniques to create greater depth and variety in your yoga sadhana.

After our session you will hold a range of tools that you can apply individually to whatever situations or challenges you are facing in your life.

As every human being is special and needs different aspects of healing at different times of their life, this way of tailored learning, understanding and practicing can support us in powerful ways, way beyond what is possible in a regular yoga class.
